NO RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
We have a 7 day Return Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a Return Authorization.
To be eligible for a Return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
To start a Return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your Return request is accepted, we will send you a Return Shipping Label, and item(s) must be sent back and postmarked within 7 days of receiving the Return shipping label.
No Returns will be extended after 7 days upon receipt of your order.
No Returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization.
If you want to return an item from your order, please follow the directions below:

* Subject line: "RETURN + Your Name.
* Provide us with your Invoice/Receipt Number.
* Please let us know what item you'd like to return.
* Provide us with the reason you want to return item.
* We will reply in 2-3 business days with RA number and Return Label.
* Please send package with RA number marked on the outside of package.
***Customer is responsible for the Return Shipping Cost which will be deducted from the Refund***
NO Return Requests will be accepted after 7 days of receipt order and will be considered FINAL SALE.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Availability of a product is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available, we will notify you via email and the order will be cancelled.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. THIS INCLUDES ANY ITEMS PURCHASED AT A SALE PRICE AND ITEMS PURCHASED DURING ONLINE PROMOTIONS.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once we receive your return item(s), we will send you an email confirmation, then review your return item(s). It generally takes 2-3 business days to process your Refund. We will send you an E-mail confirmation once we have processed your Refund with the total amount refunded. Please note the Return Shipping cost will be deducted from the Refund total. The Original Shipping and Handling cost is not refundable.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to process. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
